Your preferences (breathing patterns, visual settings, mantras) are stored locally on your device using standard macOS settings storage. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us or anyone else.
Third-Party Services
Lithe does not integrate with any third-party services, analytics platforms, or advertising networks. The app functions entirely offline.
